Mr. Jonathan Rabiei holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. He started his career in process engineering in the chemicals industry and continued within technical project management and business development within the plastics pipes industry, with a combined working experience in this field of over 14 years.

Jonathan joined SABIC in 2011 and SABIC Technical marketing team being responsible for polypropylene extrusion resins, technical sheets and pipes. He has since held several functions within SABIC, most recently as the Global Technology Leader for the pipe & utilities segment and as of January 2018 Global Marketing Manager for Pipe & Utilities. He is actively engaged in the industry, and currently serving on the board of the PE100+ Industry association as the Technical Director and serves on the Technical Advisory board of “TWI-Aramco Non metallic Innovation centre” in Cambridge.
